High luster, black sphalerite mound with one prismatic quartz perched near the center. Matrix is pyrite mixed with sphalerite. In the center of the specimen is an amazingly sharp sphalerite shaped like a Mayan pyramid with tapered sides and a perfectly flat rectangular top. I have never seen a crystal like this from any location worldwide. Virtually no damage. Mined 2011.
