Trepca is famous for being one of the largest and most enduring skarn-type deposits in the world and a signature type of specimen are stalactites of various species. This miniature is a sphalerite stalactite in combination with arsenopyrite. On top of these two species are very sharply defined pyrite pseudomorphs after pyrrhotite. There is only one small attachment point towards the base and the termination is marked by sharp, highly lustrous black sphalerite and pyrite pseudos. Mined 2015. In excellent condition.
