Group of platy, hexagonal very iridescent chalcocite crystals. Very fine miniature from arguably the most significant U.S. discovery of the species in the 20th century. Crystallized on all sides and in top condition. Small attachment point on base. Collection notes state: "Tucson 2001 $175.". There is an old commercial label with it that looks like a Casey Jones tag as well. Mr. Jones had an agreement with Flambeau Mining Company to collect on location.
