Stacks of transparent, glassy light yellow fluorite with associated chalcopyrite. The specimen was found loose in the pocket as the matrix is recrystallized. The Cross-Cut Orebody trended Northwest/Southeast at nearly right angles to the main NE/SW trend of the main orebody. This section of the mine had copious hydrocarbon and also produced the finest fluorite ever recovered from the district. Trivial little nick on one crystal.
