Semi-transparent, lustrous calcite scalenohedrons richly infused with bright native copper. Portions of copper protrude from calcite and show a fine, deep brown patina. Note typical Pewabic Lode matrix. In excellent condition. Mined ca. late 1800s-early 1900s.
