Bladed cockscomb barite crystals up to 3 cm point to point and nicely crystallized to all sides. Displays well from any angle. Mined c. late 1970s. In excellent condition. Dr. H. Perry & Anne Bynum Collection. Note: I collected in this area back in 1978 and got into a pocket that produced exactly the same material. The hole measured about 6 feet wide, 3 feet high and perhaps 3.5 feet deep and was just loaded with a barite honeycomb: RCL.
