This would be a typical specimen of fluorite, galena and sphalerite from the Denton Mine except the fluorite is exceptionally well modified by dodecahedron faces.  A choice miniature in excellent condition.  A rarity for the Southern Illinois connoisseur.  Ex: Tom Wiesner Collection #903 2 13 88.
