Group of glassy luster fluorite with yellow centers and light purple/blue rims. A couple of the fluorite crystals are modified, a true rarity in the district, by two faces on the corners. If the crystals measure out at two faces modifying the cube then they are tetrahexahedrons, if they measure out as two faces modifying the octahedron then they are hexoctahedrons (my guess). In either case, they are distinct and sharply formed. Mined April 1994. In excellent condition. William Severance Collection #99.53.
