Purple semi-transparent fluorite, to 2 cm on edge, on steely gray galena. Note the color and luster of fluorite, purely cubic, un-modified galena, time period of mining and overall combination as characteristic of this mine. There are rare on the market. Mined ca. early 1960s and perhaps even in the very late 1950s. On back side of top fluorite there is a small cleave. It does not show at all when displayed but is present. Tolonen Collection.
