Floater group of copper crystals from one of the most famous mines in the district. I collected this in 1976 while I was a student attending Michigan Tech in the geology program. It found it loose on top of the rock pile. It apparently had survived in such perfect condition by being encased in clay or altered basalt. I was astounded and thrilled to find it on the surface.
