Group of zoned clear and purple fluorite with associated quartz and micro chalcopyrite. The fluorite is primarily cube and either dodecahedron or octahedron: it is problematic to discern which faces is correct by visual inspection since the internal, purple cube faces can be oriented either with the octahedron in which case the corners are 'cut off' or with the dodecahedron in which case the edges are 'beveled'. In any case, a fine little miniature from mining c. 1989 and one of the early specimens from China to show up in the U.S. No damage. Gail Hall Collection CW 89-2.
