Mounded group of of zoned purple fluorite with associated glassy transparent calcite and brass chalcopyrite. Advance mining ca. late 1992-1993. Overall color, surface texture and association with high quality calcite unique to the Bahama Pod. Condition notes: surface cleaves on a few crystals. Sam & Ann Koster Collection #00245. Ore body characteristics; banded light and medium purple fluorite over nearly colorless fluorite; pronounced mosaic textured surface on fluorite; association with gemmy modified transparent calcite scalenohedrons; presence of brassy chalcopyrite; lens of light gray limestone on matrix.
