Sharp group of modified octahedral magnetite crystals, to 4 cm across, faithfully replaced by hematite. There is a lustrous druse of secondary hematite that imparts a high reflective sheen. These created quite a sensation when first debuted ca. early 2000's at the Tucson show. Complete on all sides with no point of attachment and in excellent condition.  Betty Kalaskie Collection #39.
