Beautiful group of gemmy transparent crystals to 0.8cm across. (Label Provenance: Commercial Mineral Corporation, New York Office-Mineral Department, 22 West 48th Street, New York 10036; original date of acquisition 4/6/68; price $50).  In excellent condition. Bear in mind the color/sheen may be "overstated" in the photos....this was a very difficult specimen to photograph, but those familiar with the locality will find it typical.
