ON APPROVAL. Combination of very sharp, brilliant silver/black metallic polybasite crystals (to 2+ cm) perched on interlocking 'snake-like' argentite. Silver sulfides specimens saved from this and the Fresnillo district are exceptionally rare as the Mexican companies are not sympathetic to mineral preservation to put it mildly. Chip on one of the polybasites that I did not see when I bought the piece (should have louped it). Complete floater with no point of attachment. Mined late in calendar year 2013.
